  • 3/4 cups Honey
  • 1/2 cups Craisins
  • 3/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips (the More The Better)
  • 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cups Ground Flax Seed
  • 3 cups Whole Oats

    Mix peanut butter and honey together.
