Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (or Other Nut Butter)
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cups Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 cups Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

Directions

    Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment allowing two ends of the paper to hang over the ends of the pan, or you can just lightly grease the pan.

    Add all ingredients into the bowl of the food processor.

    Process until ingredients are well blended, about 30 seconds.

    Alternatively, these can be mixed by hand.

    Spread into prepared pan.

    Chill them in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

    Remove bars from the pan (using the paper handles if you used parchment).

    Cut into squares.
