Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter (or Other Nut Butter)
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cups Ground Flax Seeds
- 1/2 cups Melted Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
Directions

1Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment allowing two ends of the paper to hang over the ends of the pan, or you can just lightly grease the pan.

2Add all ingredients into the bowl of the food processor.

3Process until ingredients are well blended, about 30 seconds.

4Alternatively, these can be mixed by hand.

5Spread into prepared pan.

6Chill them in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

7Remove bars from the pan (using the paper handles if you used parchment).

8Cut into squares.

9Makes 25.

10Store in the refrigerator.
