Ingredients: 1/4 peach, plus 1 peach wedge for garnish; 4 or 5 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish; Crushed ice; 2 ounces gin; 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup; 1 teaspoon creme de peche (peach liqueur); 1 lemon wedge, plus 1 lemon wedge for garnish

Crushed ice
2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
1 teaspoon creme de peche (peach liqueur)
1 lemon wedge, plus 1 lemon wedge for garnish

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peach quarter with the mint leaves.

Add crushed ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well.

Strain the drink into a crushed-ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the peach wedge, lemon wedge and mint sprig.
