- 200 grams Cake flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 50 grams Butter or margarine or olive oil
- 50 grams Sugar
- 50 ml Milk
Directions

1Start pre-heating the oven to 200C.

2Sift the flour and the baking powder.

3If you don't want to do this, just mix them with a fork.

4Rub and mix the flour and butter together by hand.

7Add the milk, mix very quickly and bring the dough together.

8Roll the dough out to a 2cm thickness and cut out the scones with a cutter.

9If you don't want to do this, just cut the dough with a knife.

10Bake them in the pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes.
