- 2 pkg. jelly rolls
- 1 pkg. Birds custard powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
- 1/2 c. sherry (optional)
- 1 large carton whipping cream
- cherries
- almonds
Directions

1Arrange jelly rolls in bottom of bowl.

2Soak with sherry. Pour fruit cocktail over rolls with 1/2 of juice.

3Make custard (directions on box, Publix).

4When cool, pour over cocktail.

5Top with whipped cream, cherries and almonds.

6Oh, it's soo-good.
