- 1 medium head of cabbage
- salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut cabbage into small pieces.

2Place in boiling water just until color changes.

3Do not cook tender.

4Drain.

5Place cabbage into baking dish.

6Melt margarine.

7Add flour until well mixed. Add milk.

8Cook until thick.

9If too thick, add more milk.

10Add cheese and other ingredients.

11Cook and stir until cheese is melted.

12Pour sauce over cabbage.

13Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned at 350°.
