- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Beat sugar, salt and eggs together.

2Add milk and cornstarch (moisten the cornstarch with a little milk).

3Add corn and melted butter.

4Stir together well.

5Pour into buttered casserole.

6Set in pan of hot water, as a custard, about 1 hour at 325° to 350°.
