  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cream-style corn or 17 oz. can
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread or cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Combine corn, 1/4 cup butter, milk and salt.

    Bring to simmer. Cook until corn is tender.

    Then blend in egg, crumbs, onions and brown sugar.
