- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed small
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- parsley
- paprika
Directions

1Combine corn, crumbs, celery, onion, cheese and salt.

2Add beaten eggs and stir in milk and butter.

3Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole.

4Garnish with parsley and sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
