- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs (old French bread is good)
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs (for topping)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Combine egg, milk and bread.

2Let sit a few minutes, then mix in food processor using a pulse-off procedure.

3Combine with all ingredients.

4Turn into a 1-quart casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

6Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs just before done.

7Serves 6.
