  • 4 c. bread cubes, dried
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple

Directions

    Put bread into a buttered casserole dish.

    Beat eggs and milk together thoroughly in a small bowl.

    Add sugar to the pineapple, then add the egg mixture, stirring together.

    Pour over bread cubes and dot with oleo.

    Bake in 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
