Escalloped Pineapple

  • 6 slices stale bread, crust removed and broken
  • 3 eggs, beaten or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
  • No. 2 can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 3/4 c. sugar

    Toss bread and margarine.

    Thoroughly mix eggs and sugar and add to bread.

    Add pineapple and juice.

    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

    Serve hot or cold with ham or poultry or any time.
