- 4 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 8 slices)
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Combine eggs, milk, pineapple, butter and sugar.

2Add bread crumbs.

3Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.

4Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.

5Serve hot or cold, with or without whipped cream.
