Escalloped Pineapple

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 c. soft bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix eggs and sugar.

    Blend in milk, oleo, pineapple and bread crumbs.

    Pour into a well-greased casserole and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Especially good served with baked ham instead of sweet potatoes.
