- 2 lb. frozen hashbrowns
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Thaw potatoes, preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine all except corn flakes and 1/4 c. melted oleo.

3Place in 3 qt. casserole or large baking dish.

4Sprinkle buttered flakes over top and bake 45 minutes.
