- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. sour cream or 1 each: cream and yogurt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed and mixed with 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes mixture.

3Sprinkle buttered corn flakes on top.

4Use a 3-quart casserole or large flat glass baking dish.

5Bake for one hour.

6Serves 10 to 12.
