  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. cornflakes, crushed with 1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except for cornflake mixture. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cornflake mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
