  • 8 or 10 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 5 tsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 to 3 c. rich milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley leaves
  • wieners, ham or bacon may be added if desired

    Steam thinly sliced potatoes 10 minutes.

    Bring milk to a boil

    Mix ingredients altogether and pour in a greased casserole.
