- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix crumbs and butter.

2Put layer of crumbs on casserole bottom.

3Cover with seafood alternately with crumbs, ending with crumbs.

4Pour on evaporated milk.

5Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
