  • 1 lb flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 100 g yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons mint (minced)
  • 1/2 onion (minced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Directions

    1.) Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

    4.) Cover and rest for 1 hour.

    5.) Saute onion and garlic.

    6.) Add beef and fry until brown.

    8.) Roll out dough and cut into circles.

    10.) Bake at 350 (F) for 15 to 20 min until brown.
