- 15 oz. box Raisin Bran flakes (7 1/2 c.)
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a large bowl.

2Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well.

3Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.

4Keeps in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.

5Bake a few at a time if needed.

6Fill muffin tins (greased or lined with paper cups) 2/3 full.

7Bake in a preheated oven at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
