- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1 small can bean sprouts
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. celery
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Drain the juice of the sauerkraut and the bean sprouts.

2Cut up the pepper and the celery; drain the pimentos.

3Also chop up the onion.

4Mix all together.

5Let stand in the refrigerator overnight.

6Can be kept 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
