- 4 chicken breasts bone-in, skin-on, or a whole chicken, split
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano chopped
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 425.

2Arrange Chicken, skin side up, in a baking dish.

3In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, maple, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.

4Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken

5Roast for 45 minutes. Turn the oven to broil to crisp the skin; 3 -5 minutes.
