Everylasting Play Dough

Directions

   Combine the flour, salt and cream of tartar in a medium saucepan.

   Add water, oil and food coloring.

   Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is very thick and sticks together. (This will take just a few minutes.)

   Remove play dough from pan and knead until smooth.

   It is now ready to play with or store in an airtight container.
