  • 4 diced chicken breasts
  • 64 ounces low sodium chicken broth
  • 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 chopped maui onion
  • 3 chopped celery ribs
  • 8 ounces baby carrots
  • 20 pillsbury biscuits

Directions

    place everything except biscuits in pot on stove.

    Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes, until veggies are soft and chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

    Open cans of biscuits.

    Break apart biscuits and drop in pot.

    Continue to simmer until biscuits are soft and gooey.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
