  • self-rising flour
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • salt
  • oil (for frying)

Directions

    Salt and lemon pepper chicken.

    Pour the buttermilk over chicken.

    Pour off excess buttermilk and dip into flour until chicken is covered.
