  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients; set aside.

    Cream the margarine and cream cheese.

    Add sugar, vanilla and eggs, then stir in flour and milk alternately.

    Pour into 8-inch greased and floured pans (will fill 3).

    Top with crumb mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
