- 1 Corn on the cob
- 200 ml Milk
- 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions

1Grate the corn kernels from the cob.

2In pot, stir the corn on medium to low heat for 2 minutes, being careful not to let it burn.

3I recommend using a enamel cast iron pot.

4Add a small amount of milk and heat for an additional minute.

5Add the remaining milk and salt and heat until it begins to bubble, then it's ready to serve.
