- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 8 oz. (1 pt.) sour cream
- 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling (add some lemon juice to pie filling)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan.

3At high speed, beat cream cheese with cottage cheese until creamy. Gradually beat in sugar, then add eggs until well combined.

4At low speed, beat in cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla.

5Add butter and sour cream until smooth.

6Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until firm around edges.

7Turn off oven and let cake stand 2 hours in oven.

8Remove cake and let cool.

9Refrigerate for several hours, then add pie filling.
