- 115 g soft margarine
- 115 g caster sugar
- 115 g self raising flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 185C.

2Sift the flour in to a bowl and add eggs, margarine and sugar.

3Beat really well until nice and smooth.

4Divide the mixture into small bun cases.

5Cook for around 15 minutes (may need longer though depending on your oven).

6Remove from the oven when they are well risen and when gently touched on top they spring back up afterwards.

7Leave to cool and then decorate.
