Ingredients

  • 115 g soft margarine
  • 115 g caster sugar
  • 115 g self raising flour
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 185C.

    Sift the flour in to a bowl and add eggs, margarine and sugar.
  3. 3
    Beat really well until nice and smooth.
  4. 4
    Divide the mixture into small bun cases.
  5. 5
    Cook for around 15 minutes (may need longer though depending on your oven).
  6. 6
    Remove from the oven when they are well risen and when gently touched on top they spring back up afterwards.
  7. 7
    Leave to cool and then decorate.
