Ingredients

  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 13 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 14 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 dash smoked paprika
  • 1 12 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking chicken

    In a large, ziploc bag.

    Add all ingredients to 4 chicken breasts and marinade 2+ hours.

    Remove chicken from marinade, slice into thin strips.

    In olive oil, cook over medium-high heat in batches.

    You can add thin strips of onion or bell pepper to and saute with the chicken.
