  • 1 pound Or More Of Your Favorite Protein: Beef, Chicken, Or Pork
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Sliced
  • 1 whole Medium Zucchini, Sliced
  • 1 whole Summer Squash, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Mushrooms
  • 4 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce, Or More To Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
  • 1 package Fajita Sized Tortillas

    For these fajitas, choose a pound or two of your favorite meat skirt steak, chicken, pork, etc.

    For the veggie lovers, zucchini, summer squash, mushrooms, red and green bell peppers and yellow onions are perfect.

    Prepare the marinade add the limes, olive oil, cumin, garlic, cilantro, cayenne pepper, Tabasco, salt and pepper to a medium sized bowl and whisk to combine.

    Separate the meat and veggies into separate baking dishes and cover generously with the marinade.

    Refrigerate for 4-5 hours (or more).

    You can grill, broil or saute the ingredients.
