- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 envelope Fajita seasoning mix
- 1 Flour tortillas
- 1 Chunky salsa
Directions

1Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

2Add seasoning mix, peppers and onions.

3Stir in 1/3 cup water.

4Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.

5Warm tortillas in microwave.

6Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto tortillas.

7Top with salsa.

8Roll up.
