  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 envelope Fajita seasoning mix
  • 1 Flour tortillas
  • 1 Chunky salsa

Directions

    Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

    Add seasoning mix, peppers and onions.

    Stir in 1/3 cup water.

    Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Warm tortillas in microwave.

    Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto tortillas.

    Top with salsa.

    Roll up.
