- 2 pieces Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 whole Onion (medium Or Large)
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary Leaves
Directions

1Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2Mix seasonings in a small bowl, then rub the mixture evenly on both sides of the pork chops.

3When butter has melted, place pork chops in the skillet and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes per side, or until no longer pink.

4Remove the pork chops from the skillet and keep warm.

5Place the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet over medium heat; add the sliced onions.

6Saute onions until they start to turn light brown, about 12 minutes; season with salt and pepper if desired.

7Place porkchops on plates and top each with half of the sauteed onions.
