  • 2 pieces Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 whole Onion (medium Or Large)
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary Leaves

Directions

    Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Mix seasonings in a small bowl, then rub the mixture evenly on both sides of the pork chops.

    When butter has melted, place pork chops in the skillet and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes per side, or until no longer pink.

    Remove the pork chops from the skillet and keep warm.

    Place the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the same skillet over medium heat; add the sliced onions.

    Saute onions until they start to turn light brown, about 12 minutes; season with salt and pepper if desired.

    Place porkchops on plates and top each with half of the sauteed onions.
