- 1 Apple, Diced
- 1/2 pound Brussel Sprouts, quartered
- 2 Yams, diced
- 1 pound Chicken Sausage, sliced
- 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Directions

1Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauce the yams until they start to soften.

2Add in the chicken sausage and brussel sprouts and cook 5 minutes.

3Stir in the apple and cook another 5 minutes. Stirring as needed.

4Season with salt, pepper, cinnamon and cayenne to taste.

5Stir in the vinegar and scrap up any browned bits on the pan. Cook until the liquid has evaporated.
