  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives (pitted)
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled
  • 6 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 loaf Baguette, Sliced And Toasted

    Rinse kalamata olives well and drain; check for and remove any remaining pits.

    Combine olives, pepper, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil leaves in a food processor.

    Process until well blended.
