Fancy Beef Casserole

Directions

   Brown onions and beef in pan and then add tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

   Place squash in a large baking dish and dot with butter.

   Arrange eggplant on top of squash.

   Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

   Pour beef mixture over top.

   Bake for 45 minutes in 375° oven.

   Serves 4 to 6.
