Fancy Eggs

Directions

   Melt butter in hot skillet.

   Cut hole in middle of slice of bread with a glass.

   Put bread in skillet and add egg to center of bread.

   Cook on both sides to desired doneness of egg.

   Very good! Hard to eat just one.
