  • 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
  • 8 fillets of flounder (2 lb.)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Divide broccoli spears on top of fillets; roll up and secure with toothpicks. Arrange in 2-quart shallow baking dish (12 x 8 x 2). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
