Fantastic turkey salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Turkey (can sub chicken)
  • 1/2 cup Green Apple
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 3 tbsp Finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 6 tbsp Mayo
  • 1/4 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Add diced turkey, walnuts, diced celery, finely chopped red onion, diced apple and cranberries to a bowl.

    In a separate bowl add mayo, lemon juice, curry powder and salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Add mayo mixture to bowl with turkey.

    Serve with crackers, salad or with veggies.
