  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 2/3 c. Milnot
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine sugar, butter and milk in a heavy pan and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes or until it reaches 234° on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.

    Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.

    Beat until well blended.

    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Let cool at room temperature.

    Makes 3 pounds.
