- 1 3/16 cups raspberries
- 1 eggs
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 4 15/16 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5/8 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 gelatin sheet colorless
Directions

1Place the gelatin sheet in a bowl with cold water.

2Beat the egg with sugar and corn starch until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

3Add the raspberries and the cream and heat this mixture over low heat, stirring until it starts boiling.

4Stir until it starts getting thicker. Add the butter and stir well. Remove from the heat.

5Squeeze the gelatin sheet and stir in the raspberry mixture until it dissolves.

6Place this mixture in a blender and grind it until the raspberries become seedless.

7Allow the mixture to cool down and pour it into a sterilized glass jar.

8Store in the refrigerator until you serve.
