  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 7 1/16 tablespoons ham

Directions

    Cut the ingredients into cubes. Saute them in a fry pan with the oil. When cooked,set aside.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the mayo. Add the vegetables into the bowl and mix well.

    Pour the mixture back into the pan and cook the omellette as usual, making sure it gets a nice golden colour on both sides.
