- 1 small green pepper, in strips
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 3 large potatoes, cooked
- 1 c. cheese
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon and break into pieces.

2Reserve 3 tablespoons drippings; add pepper, onions and potatoes.

3Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, until potatoes are brown.

4Sprinkle with cheese. Melt.

5Scramble eggs.
