  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

    Mix together corn, sour cream, milk, butter, egg and Jiffy mix.

    Pour into a baking dish coated with Pam non-stick spray. Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until nicely browned.
