- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 12 oz. pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
Directions

1Pour small amount of oil in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan to grease.

2Mix ingredients leaving 1/3 of chocolate chips to pour on top after mixing.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

4(Peanut butter chips can be substitute for chocolate chips.)
