  • 1 cup frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (6.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add crumbles and onions; cook and stir 3 min.

    Spoon burger mixture to one side of skillet.

    Add egg to other side of skillet; cook until set, stirring constantly.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.
