  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce, low sodium
  • 1/8 cup yellow onions, chopped
  • 1/8 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/8 cup green bell peppers, chopped
  • 4 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/8 cup alfalfa sprouts

Directions

    Cut the pita bread in half by separating it into two circles.
