- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can condensed cream soup (mushroom, onion, etc.)
- 4 lb. beef roast
Directions

1Wipe roast off.

2Place in foil lined pan.

3Sprinkle canned soup on top.

4Sprinkle soup mix on top of that.

5Wrap in foil and seal ends.

6Bake in 350° oven for about 3 hours.

7Stir drippings from pan and you have a great roast with gravy.
