- 1 lb skinless chicken thigh, with bone
- 12 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 34 cup sherry wine (medium or dry)
- salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
Directions

1Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

2Spray with olive oil and add chicken.

3Brown 2 minutes, turn, add garlic and brown second side 1 minute.

4Lower heat to medium and add sherry.

5Cover with a lid and simmer 5 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
